Top to bottom, residential space cleaning. Our custom check list begins with bedrooms, living room, great rooms, kitchens and common areas.
A sample list begins with the following:
Bathrooms
We dust and wipe all surfaces we are able to access with prior approval.
We wash and sanitize the toilet, shower, tub & sink area.
Clean all door handles and light switches.
Wipe and shine glass fixtures and mirrors.
We dust from top to bottom, then mop the floors (vacuum rugs and mats, if necessary)
Clean exterior of all cabinets and drawers.
Bedrooms, living room, great rooms and common areas
Working from top to bottom, dust and wipe all surfaces we are able to access and reduce our notorious PNW corner cob webs :)
Clean all door handles and light switches.
Wipe floor baseboards.
Wash mirror / glass fixtures with care.
Wipe all windows (interior) and clean the sills.
Make the beds up to agreed upon specifications. Everyone’s different :)
Vacuum & mop all floors including accessible under furniture.
Remove all trash & recycling from those areas.
Kitchen
Dust and wipe all surfaces we are able to access
Clean stove tops, counter tops, oven exterior, fridge exterior.
Wipe all cabinet faces & other appliance exteriors.
Clean the sink and load the dishwasher, if necessary.
Clean the inside and exterior of microwave.
Mop area flooring.

Eco-friendly multi-purpose cleaners, for the most part, natural bathroom cleaners. Eco-friendly toilet bowl cleaners. Eco-friendly glass cleaners. Wood polish. Eco-friendly all purpose cleaner. Mop. Bucket. Vacuum.
All personal cleaning items supplied to your specifications should be stocked prior to your weekly appointment otherwise staff will use the company’s standard issue. Some people really love old school bleach, believe me. We will work with you, end of story.
