Who We Are

We are a Shoreline-based company. Minority owned. Veteran owned. Servicing Shoreline residents and businesses. We are all about helping our community; educators, community services, LGBTQ and more, if not all.

Our business started in Chicago in the late 1980’s after my service with the U.S. Army. I think we’re known for being sticklers on keeping things shiny, neat and orderly. I shifted gears and grew more in the Bay area of San Francisco by working in conjunction with realtors, property managers, small businesses, the Four Seasons hotel and private residences of the Millennium Tower. Hospitality, anticipation of needs and attention to detail helped our business get even better. Since 2014, we are servicing mainly the residents and businesses of Shoreline, Washington because this is home. ~ Gerard & Michelle
